I have used the acrobat reader in Linux to fill out PDF forms, but I
obviously I could not save them as PDFs from acrobat. I just printed
them to a PS file and then ps2pdf'ed them. Perhaps now that a PDF
printer can be installed, it is easier to do.

The only problem with such application is that you can edit the form
only once and cannot save it and come back and continue editing it.
