I know that you intend on coding it for compensation, but if nobody is interested enough in the feature to file a bug, then I do not think that you will find many people willing to pay for the work. Alternatively, you might want to go through bugzilla and see what issues you _can_ resolve, then contact Sun with an offer. The OOo-user's list is not the place for development issues.
