Not sure; I moved VI-3 out of the way (into another blank document) and deleted VI-3, then saved (.doc). While the doc opens, it eventually drives the cpu to 100%. I then inserted the table back in (making sure there is no underlying table, & it won't open. So I think there are more issues in the doc overall. I also checked the original and the .doc with IBM Lotus Symphony 1.2; opens and saves without issues. 98465 indicates that this is fixed.
