Sorry, I did not make something clear. I need to add *pages* in Writer,
not *sheets* in Calc.

As far as I can tell the problem is that the three frames on pages 6, 7
and 8 are stuck in that position in the document. It's like the frames
are floating above the pages and not connected to them. When I add a
page with Ctrl-Enter before page 6 it makes a new page, but the new
page slides under the frames. Thus, the frames are forever on pages 6,
7 and 8.
