Hi again, I have another query! When using Calc and I want to repeat the entry above it, I know I can use the mouse to click on the edge of the box and drag it down to copy it, but I prefer to use the keyboard. When I used to use MS Word, I could press Ctrl+D and this used to fill down the entry. I've looked through the help files, but can't find out how to do it in Calc.
Any advice please? thank you chrisP
