Well, if anyone out there have tried the Beta or RC of Windows 7,
I would like to know how well OOo 3.1 works with it.

I believe it does. We had a tech playing with a Windows7 beta and OOo is the standard - nobody said anything about it not working.

make some hidden coding that makes sure Non-MS office software
does not work with Windows 7.

Or a new security provision breaks something or there is just an ABI incompatibility (like happens in LINUX/UNIX all the time - does Linus do those on purpose?). Stop FUDing.
