I do not have a "NETbook" but a laptop. My XP/pro laptop
has 1 gig of ram and I have 3.1 installed. It would be
great to have 94 gig free space, I have under 30 gig on
the laptop and less than 10 gig in my desktop/server. The
install put about 370 meg in the OOo folder, but that includes
all of the addons and extension I have installed.
I did like the thread that mentioned use of the USB install
version. I have not used it yet, but the threads about
the USB version that was on this list months ago really
convinced me that I should get a spare thumbdrive and try it.
