Yes. It's been going on since at least 2006, at least in regards to
ODF. Other areas might have had problems longer.
In principle, Wikipedia is a good idea, but it doesn't have any apparent
mechanism to deal with the kind of abuse from political groups as we are
seeing. It's a little bit analagous to the pre-commercial days of the
Internet where those with access were there to help build and contribute
rather than mess things up on purpose.

Could someone knowledgeable about ODF monitor Wikipedia on this subject?
Is it possible to complain to someone at Wikipedia with the hope of
putting a stop to the abuse? This kind of thing is destructive for
Wikipedia as well as ODF.
I understand that someone who knows that much about ODF just might have
to earn a living.
