That's strange. I have never had any problems with it. In fact I found it more versatile and easy than Word 2003, a few years back when I tried it last time (I use OpenOffice.org Calc about 99% of my OpenOffice.org time). However, when I saved it as a .doc, some formatting disappeared so I thought that ”well, I'll open Word and fix it there”, but no matter how hard I tried, I didn't find a way to make the TOC look the same way as it did in OpenOffice.org Writer. But that's very off topic… Johnny Rosenberg > The situation is bad enough to sway my decision to stick with MSO, unless I > resolve this dilemma. > Sincerely, > Sy Fine > > On Fri, Aug 21, 2009 at 8:09 PM, Web Kracked > <[email protected]>wrote: > >> Robin Laing wrote: >> >>> Copy to OP >>> >>> Sy Fine wrote: >>> >>>> I am a very active user of word and excel and planning to buy a new >>>> laptop.
