Right.
What I didn't mention, but suppose should have in the last email:
I didn't go through the document changing styles - which is left for the
reader to do.
For example; at the top of page three is a list of poems, each line set
with Style 'Heading 2'. While the beginning of each of the poem
sections/paragraphs (whatever you want to call these) do not have a line
with the 'Heading 2' style assigned.
Fix that situation, then re-generate the ToC entries to get, most
likely, more of what is being looked for.
