It would appear that on Sep 7, Brian Barker did say:

> You can create a keyboard shortcut for the Format Paintbrush toolbar button:

While checking out the Format Paintbrush I found that I could add it to
the pull down menu instead. (I like keyboard shortcuts, But there are
only so many I can remember at once. So I like keyboardable menus and
hotkeys that are only active when their on screen reminders are in
place better. Though perhaps if I defined a shortcut like you recommend,
it might be possible to hit twice to set it up for multiple use.

I think I can confirm that "you have to use the mouse to paint the formatting."
At least I couldn't find another way to apply the formatting with it.

I suppose F11 would be quicker. Except that there isn't an on screen
clue to remind me which keystroke it is. It's not the kind of function
that I'm likely to use on a daily basis. So when I eventually do need it
I'm thinking that the the underlined characters in the menu will remind
me of the 'alt+O' and then of the 'y'

In any case, Thank you Brian.
