Admittedly I am using 1.3.5 Release Candidate 3, but I import Writer files all the time. Better yet, Scribus sees all the styles (including character styles) and allows you to ignore them, import them and convert them to native Scribus styles, or map them to styles you have already created in your Scribus document. The latter is the coolest, because Scribus has far better typographic control than OOo. I love OOo for writing. When I am serious about layout it is time for Scribus. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
