Dear Sirs, I have downloaded your both packages (that means with and without JAVA) but once I start to install them, I get the following message about one critical fault:
- Fault 1308: Source file not found: D:\My documents\Programs\Open Office 3.11 including Java\Unzipped\Java\jre-windows-i586.exe. Check if the file exists and if you have full access. This is the only fault message, but after installation process is closed, open office does not start, even I have the full JAVA-package already installed on my laptop. Which mistake did I do that the application does not work or is that possible that there is any mistake in your installation package? Please let me know asap.
