On September 11th I registered for membership in Open Office and received an 
e-mail from you stating that  
I was now a registered member and that "This mail message is the first of two: 
the second message will contain
your new password. It may take some time to reach you; please be patient."  
As of this date I have not received any further message and wonder what exactly 
is my current position !.  
I would be grateful for any information
