As someone else mentioned, you may also want to consider moving to Linux
and cutting all ties to Microsoft. By doing so, you'll cut yourself
free of the problems that so often affect Windows users. A few minutes
ago, I was on the phone with an uncle, who just lost the sound and
internet connection on his computer. It could be a virus or something
got corrupted etc., things that simply don't happen on Linux.

Before you get too carried away with effusive praise for linux, don't leave the impression that it's free from problems. No operating system is free from *all* problems. I myself lost headphone sound when ubuntu upgraded alsa (I think). I also lost my wireless connection for no apparent reason and have never been able to reestablish it despite a *lot* of research, mailing list posts, and futile experimentation.

It's legitimate to assert that windows is free from viruses (for now) and that it has fewer problems, if time is taken to learn the system, and is more stable than Mickeysquish but if you leave the impression that it is problem free you can be setting a new user up for disappointment.
