[users] Deletion

I am trying to use this program and all I get is the installatio
instructions time and time again. The icon is on the desk top to bring it up
and every time I get the installation instructions again and again. I now
want to delete this and even thought I hit on the delete Button on the
installation  page I can not delete it. Please what do I do now.
