The thread at the top is the newest thread. They get older as scroll down the list. At the top right of the page is a drop down box which has a 1 in it. Click on the arrows to the right of it and get drop down list of pages of older threads – currently goes to 170.
OK, I'm a total newbie to OpenOffice.org and mailing lists in general (not true for me, but let's pretend) with no experience of newsgroups (that's true for me). I'm not subscribed to the list, but I've asked a question there, and I want to use Gmane to follow my thread and, if necessary, respond to follow-up questions. What would you advise me to do?
