Some banks, in the past, have had printer loadable cheques, certainly.
You'll have to ask your bank whether they do them.  I suspect most do,
but don't advertise the fact widely.  Personally, I get through very few
cheques nowadays.  Approx five per year now, compared with about 120 a
year when I first opened a cheque account, some 33 years ago.

In theory, a cheque can be printed on anything, but as James points out,
it'll have to be handled manually, and the banks will have to agree to
it.  It's unlikely they will.
