I have received an email with an attachment which users the open office software. Before I can access the attachment I have to install your software.
I have tried many times but when you get to the download I am asked for a donation, sorry I do not wish to make a donation, does this mean I cannot receive attachments which use your software. Your advice would be appreciated. Many thanks Gay Buik
