When did this email come in?
It just downloaded today Nov 27 '09 but its date is
listed as Feb 14 '08. If that is what her system is
currently set at for date/time, she could have a lot of
trouble with online resources. My system gives me
error messages if I am more that 24 hours out when I try
to download stuff. That has happened just 8 months ago,
thanks to Vista's gremlins.
"Applied for free software" so she can use "Word"????
That seems to tell me she did not go to www.OpenOffice.org
to get OOo's install file(s).
