Hello Sylvia You are absolutely correct. I had the same results that you described in point #5 above. What I think it was was that the entire "C" column is of the type "Date" When I did (in cell C11) "Right Click | Format Cells | Numbers" the category for the C11 cell was "Date" I changed "Date" to "Currency" and now it displays as I THINK you want it to: $6,074.52 Steven P.
