Andreas, D sent me a test .odt and .odb and I am getting the same issue using OOo (linux) 3.2.0 and 3.1.1. I can however do a 179 address mailmerge on a different document when I use an .xls file as the data source. So, I'm not sure if it's something with Base, or if we're just missing a step in the process. I can view the datasource w/o issue, the data fields seem to be fine as I can click between the two addresses in the MM wizard and see the datafields change in the letter. But when attempting to print or save the 'merged' document, only one page is available. I'm cc'ing D on this as I'm not sure that he is able to read the list just now. Note to D: would you object if I were to post the two files here, or perhaps send them to Andreas to have a look? I think that the files will go through on the list as the .odb is 10.7Kb and the .odt is only 12.3Kb. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
