Got it sorted out. For some reason the fields contained 'Hidden Paragraph" - example: 'AddressHidden Paragraph' 'LastNameHidden Paragraph' Deleted the "Hidden Paragraph" from the fields to 'Address' 'LastName' and now the mailmerge works correctly.
