Correct? Not sure: several user said that during installation their
antivirus detected a malware...

OpenOffice.org is not GPL but LGPL
(http://www.openoffice.org/license.html). So you have the right to sell OOo.
But it is clear for me that this site, located in Chile, violate the
brand OpenOffice.org and abuse of the logo. Sun legal has been alerted
some months ago.
