Hi,
Since I had my computer in to be fixed, I can no longer access my Open Office
sites. I believe it was 2007 that I purchased the Open Office disk from you.
I still have this disk, but it doesn't seem to work with my Vista computer. I
may have had XP when I first installed your program. Do I need to buy a new
disk, or is there a free upgrade.........or what?

You don't have to buy OpenOffice.org. It is a free download from
www.openoffice.org. Just download the latest version and install. You
are also free to install and use it on as many computers as you wish and
also to pass it around to others.
