That style has no break, and I actually saw that the original style for the Bibliography Header also doesn't have any break. One important thing I didn't mention is that I'm using columns, and I just confirmed that's the reason why I'm having problems because, as you said, with no columns, it doesn't default to page breaking. Now the reformulated question is how to introduce a non-breaking table (I'm guessing the same happens for other tables like TOC) inside columns? BTW, I'm using OpenOffice 3.1.1 on Gentoo Linux.
