You mean a table that doesn't fall inside the column structure? The columns need to be defined in a section rather than in a page style. Then you need to create a section for the table separate from those for the columnar parts before and after. You can easily split an existing section merely by creating a new one at the appropriate point. Again, I do not see any page breaks by default in this arrangement.
