I'm not Harold, but I'll try to answer your question. :) AFAIK, OOo lists all the java installations that it finds on your computer. If you want to have less installations listed, than you'll have to uninstall the older packages. So, if you're using Windows go to Start > System Settings > Software, if you're using Linux, go to your package manager and deselect the java installation you want to remove.
