In writer the user has saved his preferences, such as Styles Formatting, in a document that is used as a new document template. How can the user use these preferences in existing documents?
For instance, lab regulation dictate that Heading 1 be centered, bold, and underlined (and only used oned once in any particular document), and all other headings be right-aligned, bold, and underlined. This was easy to configure for a new document template. But when opening documents sent from another faculty with different regulations, the wrong formatting is applied. How can the users import their Styles preferences?
