I made a purchase yesterday 18 August of the latest open office suite by Visa
credit card. It card was billed and I was directed to go to my yahoo mail box
where a key would be sent. Up until now there is no such key or any
communication from open source. I believe I was scammed.

Kindly revert with some instructions on how I can get access to the program.

You'll have to contact whoever you paid or, failing that, have your
credit card company reverse the charge. You do not have to pay for
OpenOffice.org, as it's a free download from www.openoffice.org. Also,
no key is required. Just download and install on as many computers as
you wish. You are also free to give it to others.
BTW, the people on this mail list are simply other users of
OpenOffice.org, who try to help other users.
