The latest versions of MS Office "support" ODF. There is also the Sun
plugin that adds ODF support to MS Office.
If using the Sun plugin you'd first have to open MS Powerpoint& use the
'Import ODF'/File|Import ODF Presentation option. It also briefly gives
you a Sun splash screen while importing the odp. Using Win Explorer&
right-clicking to bring up an .odp& opening with PowerPoint doesn't
work (at least not for me w/MS Office 2002.

Versions of Office starting with Office 2007 SP2 have (in theory) supported ODF formats automatically. But the implementation MS chose diverges from all other implementations wherever there was any ambiguity in the specification, including most notably the expression of formulas. Doubtless this is so they can claim to support ODF and say that any interoperability issues are the fault of the other implementation. After all, they are interoperable with all ODF applications -- as long as they're MS!
