No. Microsoft Office is an "office" application suite; word processor, spreadsheet, etc... Open Office / Libre Office is an "office" application suite; word processor, spreadsheet, etc... Each offers functions and features the other does not provide. You can use one, or the other, or both. Using either as a "replacement" for the other will fail.
