Sorry to drift off-topic, but are any pro arguments for software patents
that people besides big corporation might make.
I read recently that Amazon had patented the term "1-Click Ordering" and
that no one else could use it. I guess this is what they are trying to
prevent from happening.
They couldn't possibly have patented a term.
I believe they actually managed to get a patent on the method.
