Regarding judges, to have a fair and just judicial system, you need a
judge to be impartial, i.e neutral, and he / she needs to bese
judgements on the evidence given, yes it's difficult and we have seen
this in the Michal Jackson trial, you have to put the superstar status
to one side and focus on the person on trial, and the evidence given,
if this does not happen how can you get a fair trial,
If this is not happening, then the US people need to know about it, and
be told that their system is going wrong, I wonder how many Americans
care about the environment and global warming realise that president
bush is trying to rubbish the idea, of global warming and climate change
to avoid cutting green house emissions, and possibly upsetting the oil
industry, if the G8 lose their way on the environment it will be
AMERICA to blame, and that can have a bad effect on your country, look
at the Manchester United takeover, a vast majority of fans don't want
it, but it happens anyway, THis sort of thing needs to stop, with each
passing incident, AMERICA will become more hated.
What is Mugabe doing, at present, bulldozing housing, leaving millions
homeless, the west just sits bye, Iraq has oil, and we go in
regardless of the UN. Something odd is happening, in the world and it's
very dangerous, the average person on the street may not like it, but
they need to be told, ann need to be educated to ask WHY, and write to
senators, the president and ask WHY, why are you letting mugabe do what
his is doing, Why only attack ISLAMIC countries whose leaders are
dangerous, question these things and question why are companies paying
judges to make decisions, when these judges are meant to be impartial,
and neutral.
There is more to the issue than just patents, it seems there are a
whole raft of issues that are being fudged to keep someone somewhere
happy, at the end of the day its YOUR children and their CHILDRENS
children who will suffer, and given the number of gender bending
chemicals being relesed n to the food system, you may not actually get
grandchildren because of fertility problems,
Start to stand up for what is right, use the first amendment to voice
you opinions, No one in the US can stop you doing that.
Sorry for the long essay which may seem sligtly off at a tangent to the
original topic, but the above points all seem to be related to the
judges issue.

Is there any way to stop it? Would some judge have to say no and then it would
have to work its way up to the supreme court?
That would require a series of judges --- including the Supreme Court
--- to rule that the judges --- including the Supreme Court --- that
made the decision were idiots.
The other thing is would require finding judges who weren't paid for
by corporations. You can probably count on one hand, with fingers
left over, the number of judges in the us that corporations haven't
bought.
