Then I'd say you need a new ISP.
Howwever, don't forget you can (unless your ISP is particularly
obnoxious) connect directly to the OOo list mail server (telnet XXXXX
25; XXXX is probably cylon1.sjc.collab.net) and inject the unsub request
email by hand; likewise with the confirmation message - which will
bypass your ISP's tampering. Just a thought.
