Not exactly like it, but close enough for me to wonder what's happening. Looking at my headers, it appears my email host (not really my ISP) is doing some substitution internally, and the script is grabbing the wrong information. I've seen some good ideas in this dialog, which I will attempt when I next get an opportunity.
