When you've finished your letter, highlight an copy the address
information.
- Select: Insert|Envelope - past the info into the 'Addressee' section &
add your sender information in the 'Sender' box.
- Now select the 'Format' tab and in the 'Size' section click the
'Format' dropdown to select the proper envelope size (C4, #10, etc).
- Now select the 'Printer' tab to proper set up your printer envelope
options & when finished click 'Insert'. You'll now see that an envelope
page has been added to your document (page 1). To see what it looks
like: select File|Page Preview (or click the page preview icon).
