Alternatively set up a "template" that has your envelope as, say, page 1 and your letterhead as page 2 and onwards. My template, that does exactly that, is set up as follows: Page1 is in a "section" on its own so it can have its own page characteristics - size, orientation etc. It has my sender info in the place (and tiny font) I prefer and an empty text box into which I paste the name & address of the addressee after typing the letter. When I come to print, I print pages 2 and onwards for the letter and then page 1 separately after having changed stationery to envelope stock. (My printer doesn't have a separate feeder for envelopes.) Note that I'm using the words "section" and "template" in their formal, OOo Writer senses. For Sections, see the Help for details but basically use the menu option Insert>Section. I assume you already know about Templates. -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to [email protected]
