As a matter of last resort you may try to delete (or just rename) the user tree of the OOo configuration. After you have done so it gets recreated upon the next Office start (it will seem like OOo got just installed and started for the first time) . This approach however implies that you will loose all your customized settings including all extensions installed 'for this user'.
