Hi, can someone please explain to me, what is so difficult with reading the 3 bottom lines of each email and doing exactly what is mentioned there?

Just make sure, that you use the same email address that you used to subscribe. You will get a confirmation email (if you don't see it - have a look at your spam folder!) reply to this email and voilà, you're unsubscribed. Doesn't sound too hard, does it? The people who receive those emails don't have the power to unsubscribe someone else, so it is your own duty to do this.
