Hmmm, I will setup an autoresonder, because I even get private
unsubscribe messages from some "idiots" thinking I can unsubscribe them.
I did at one point start classifying the emails on the list under broad
headings - things like 'unsubscribe me', 'installation', 'is it free'
etc. I had a mad idea of using that to train a bayes classifier or some
such, then using it to allow some sort of best guess helpful
auto-response to future list emails that matched "well enough". I'm
afraid the manual classifying bit turned out to be unexpectedly
time-consuming, so I gave up. But I did twig that such a thing doesn't
actually have to be an 'official' OOo project - anyone on the list with
the right software could do it.
