In the very first line it says, what you have to do.
Just make sure, that you use the same email address that you used to
subscribe. You will get a confirmation email (if you don't see it -
have a look at your spam folder!) reply to this email and voilà, you
're unsubscribed. Doesn't sound too hard, does it?
The people who receive those emails don't have the power to
unsubscribe someone else, so it is your own duty to do this.
