Hello, I have installed open office 1.1.4 on Windows me after having uninstalled open office 1.1.2
With open office 1.1.2 xls files have been opened properly when I double clicked on the xls file, but when opening an xls-file with open office 1.1.4 I get the message, that this xls file is not a valid. Opening the files from Open Office itself works properly. Are there any hints how I can get around this problem.
