WordPerfect had the clear advantage of "reveal codes" so that any code affecting the formatting could be simply deleted. If OO cannot (or for whatever reason chooses not to) do that, it would be helpful to have a way to simply turn off all automatic formatting -- and number/indent whenever I want to. I have also experienced much of lthe frustration Jose is having.
