Anthony, I am not certain I understand what you are asking. From the above it appears that you have Microsoft Office installed but it doesn't work. If this is true then there is little we can do to help except point you to MS Support; however, if you mean that you have downloaded a version of OpenOffice.org and you are having difficulty then we can help.
