Absolutely agree with your statement, but that's not the issue. I don't particularly like or use d&d, but I do have a number of customers who I have converted (or am in the process of converting) to OOo. Most of them do like and do use (have used) the drag & drop copy functionality of Excel. What I am trying to establish here, is whether or not Calc has this same (similar) functionality.
