OK,
I found a workaround:
I changed to standardlanguage english GB and the points will be
recognised OK.
So this seems to be a comma problem with "German (Deutschland)"
but this solves not the problems with other data conversions as
described here:
http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/5/80
so I am still searching for that autoformat off!
I want to format my data myself!
