Pity that you brought it - it is freely available here : www.openoffice.org<http://www.openoffice.org>.... but understand the purchase if you wanted it specifically on a CD. What types of things are you doing when it crashes? what version did you have installed? How about reinstalling, then trying the 'repair' option - does the problem still exist? What happens when you reinstall to a different folder - same issues? What OS are you using for this? /paul
