Please remember to keep the list on the emails you send. This way there are 100's of people that can assist. The download link from the main page is right in the middle - its a big green box that has the word 'download'... I would suggest you select the 'the stable version (1.1.4)' link. This will take you to a page on which you have to answer some questions about what language you want it in, what you operating system is, and where you closest download site it (although if confused it doesn't really matter what you select for the last one).
