Yes, User Guide Draft V3. Page 139.
The description doesn't quite tie in with the Insert Index/Table Window
with Windows XP.
I made various guesses without success.
This section explains how to have
the TOC with hyperlinks.
What I was looking for was links from the TOC to the body of the document.
